THE GOOD WORD JOURNAL

A little less tab chaos. One home for your good words.

A practical way to keep your business’s testimonial collection, review, and publishing in the right place.

When you’re growing a business, the hard part isn’t always collecting praise. Sometimes it’s remembering where that great quote went, which link you shared, and what’s already published.

A consistent workspace habit helps keep the small details from becoming someone else’s problem.

Start with a shared home

Create a workspace for your business. Use a recognizable name and bring your collection pages, testimonials, and publishing content together, so the next good word is easy to find.

In FlexPraise, each account can own one business workspace. Free is a place to start on your own; Starter is designed for a small team. Starter paid checkout is coming soon. You can also join a team’s workspace by invitation.

Agree on the invitation

Before sending out a collection link, align on the prompt and the audience. A testimonial request after a completed project should sound different from a request about an ongoing service.

Keep a small checklist:

  • Is this the right collection link?
  • Does the collection page sound like your business?
  • Does the prompt ask for a specific, honest experience?
  • Is it clear that the story is being collected for publication?

Give review an owner

New submissions need someone to read them. Decide who will review stories, confirm what’s suitable for publication, and maintain the published selection.

Keep the process simple: a workspace owner or admin manages content and publishing. Agree who will check new submissions and keep public stories current. A named reviewer is more useful than assuming someone else has it covered.

Keep the handoff concrete

A useful handoff includes the collection-page link, the hosted wall or embed, and an explanation of where any exported quote images have been used. If a story is withdrawn later, someone needs to know which static graphics also need to come down.

The goal is simple: your business’s stories stay in one place, and the next person can tell what’s going on.
